Fulcrum

The doctor keeps telling me to fulcrum, but then I forget how to do it.

Well not anymore, here are some websites, videos, and instructions to help you fulcrum either your lumbar, cervical, or sacrum.

Fulcrum are an essential part of spinal rehabilitation. They provide support for your lumbar (low back) and cervical (neck) regions while performing rehab exercises on them. The exercises are targeted to retrain the muscles and ligaments of the spinal system to function in a more optimal position.

BrainTap

Stress affects every individual’s life and not in a good way. Dr. Patrick Porter, BrainTap founder has said,
“The effects of stress on our health, productivity, and quality of life are more devastating than people want to admit. In fact, according to the National Institutes of Health, 80 to 90 percent of all illnesses are caused by direct or indirect stress.”

Through careful research and extensive testing, Dr. Porter has found a way to get all the benefits of meditation without having the years of disciplined effort to obtain the state of meditation to heal, achieve your goals, Better resilience to stress, improve sleep, and lower stress. The way that this is attained is through four ways.

The first is through binaural beats, how this works is through providing two different tones with their frequency separated only by a few hertz. By doing this, the brain hears a third tone, a phantom tone, which is the difference that the brain hears between the two separate frequencies. Through this, your brain naturally goes into relaxation. Through the algorithms that BrainTap has produced, it has been shown that it produces states of calm and concentration which results in being able to have the full effects of the guided visualization, and have the outcome of performance that would otherwise take years of practice.

The second way is through guided visualizations, which is reached by someone speaking which helps the listener depict an image in their brain for the desired outcome. Visualization has been studied for a long time and how it affects mental states, improved health, and performance. Visualization is powerful, to begin with, but with the added features that BrainTap adds, it increases and optimizes the guided meditations.

The third is the 10-cycle holographic music, which provides a 360 sound environment that allows the brain to find the visualizations more real. Holographic music provides a more receptive state of learning for the brain.

The last is isochronic tones which vary in intensity followed by silence according to the desired effect. This makes it easy for the brain to follow along with things.

There is an added element when the headset is used, which includes lights. The pulsing lights produce added relaxation which is known to affect serotonin and endorphins with an average increase of 21%.

If you aren’t convinced of the research and meditation and specifically BrainTap, here are more links to check out.

LED Light

History

Niels Finsen was the first scientist that discovered the healing effects of light in 1896. He first started treating lupus vulgaris and tuberculosis by using electrical light up to 15 times concentrated. The treatments included daily time with the light for up to two hours and found it was successful in clearing the diseases.1

Niels Finsen later won a Nobel Prize in 1903 for his discovery of light therapy. In the beginning, it was called phototherapy. In the 1960s, it was referred to as LED light therapy and was used all around Europe to treat chronic pain, arthritis, associated conditions, joint rehabilitation, and soft-tissue injury along with other medical ailments.
In the 1980s, it expanded to more clinics and medical institutions using LED light therapy. Many studies came out finding that the tissues themselves were healing and cosmetic conditions were improved with using this light.
In the 1990s professional sports teams and athletes started to use LED lights to heal their sports injuries. It also began to be popular with physical therapists and they found that the time of recovery was 50 times faster with this light therapy.2

Today light therapy is used in clinics, hospitals, physical therapists, cosmetology, chiropractors, and more because of its amazing benefits in healing the body.

What is LED light good for?

Skin and Hair Regrowth

The most well-known condition that light treats are skin and it causes no damage to the skin. Red light can heal sunburn damage and helps reduce wrinkles, fine lines on the skin, acne, and sagging eye bags. The light works with an inside-out approach by causing regeneration at the cellular level.3

Research in 2013 found “there is a wide range of applications of use in dermatology, especially in indications where stimulation of healing, reduction of inflammation, reduction of cell death and skin rejuvenation are required”.4

In 2007, placebo controlled and the double-blinded study was produced showing how effective LED light is in rejuvenating the skin, especially wrinkles.5

There is a study that shows the effectiveness of LED light on the skin.
Not only is it good for the skin but also for hair. Light stimulates dormant hair follicles into entering the growth phase, it increases blood flow and increases collagen production to restore normal hair growth.6

Inflammation and Pain

Another thing that this therapy is good for is the reduction of inflammation which qualifies for most people. A study published in 2017 proved that LED light is effective in reducing inflammation in the brain, abdominal fat, wounds, lungs, and spinal cord.7

Red light is effective in penetrating the muscles and promoting healing, reduction of inflammation, and blood flow. In a 2016 research, it was found that red light reduces hypersensitivity.8 And in a study from 2014, the conclusion was found that it was effective with neuropathic pain.9 Yet another study from 2003 found that there was a significant reduction in pain in chronic joint disorders.10

Weight Loss

The next benefit is weight loss; red light has a stimulating effect on the metabolism and causes fat cells to shrink. A study from 2015 shows: that “combined with exercise was effective in controlling the lipid profile, reducing the mass of adipose tissue, suggesting increased metabolic activity and changes in lipid metabolism.”11A 2015 study found that red light is beneficial with exercise and red light therapy in losing fat.12

Performance

Red light activates the mitochondria to produce more energy and this leads to quicker regeneration and growth. The light also helps with recovery because of the way red light helps with inflammation.
Research in 2015 shows that red light lessens oxidative stress and is also beneficial in cases of muscle fatigue and injury. The conclusion found was that “it can improve muscle performance, reduce muscle fatigue during exercises, and benefit muscle repair”.13

It was found in a 2016 study that athletes that got hurt and used red light therapy greatly reduced the time it took for them to heal and get back to playing.14

Wound Healing and Scar Reduction

There is a lot of research that shows how red-light heals wounds. It works by activating stem cells, reducing inflammation, and supporting the formation of collagen and density in the tissues. Research showed that the light accelerated healing and infection.15And it helps to prevent scarring and optimize wound healing.16

Sleep

Good sleep is of vital importance for the body’s and mind’s wellbeing. There has been a spike in the number of sleep disorders in the past years. Blue light is known to affect the sleep quality that we get, but red light counteracts the blue light and promotes good sleep. It was tested in 2012 with elite female basketball players to improve the quality of sleep and prevent sleep disorders.17Another study showed that red light doesn’t suppress melatonin and “can be used to mitigate sleep inertia upon waking.”18

Brain injuries and Brain Disorders

The awesome thing about red light therapy is that it penetrates through bones.19This is a huge discovery and could be revolutionary for healing the brain and progressing forward with solutions for mental illness.20

Conclusion

There are also many more applications that can be used with the red light laser in treating physical and mental problems. Red light works at the cellular levels so many sessions and constant use is needed to see results. It may take several weeks to notice a difference or a few months but it will be worth it. The results from thousands of studies show that this red light laser is effective if you are consistent in using it.

“Hold strong and Don’t Let Me Push Your Arm Down”

In the 20th century, it was first found and used to test polio patients’ muscle weakness. In 1949 two physiotherapists, (Kendall and Kendall), used it to test neuromusculoskeletal conditions. 15 years after that discovery, George Goodheart developed a technique that didn’t only test the muscles alone, but figured out how the nervous system controlled the muscle function. He was the founder of the practice that over 40% of all chiropractors use today. Later his technique emerged into a different kind of style that is used by millions of practitioners all over the world.1

Kinesiology is related the to one of the principles of Isaac Newton:
“For every action in nature, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”2

Applied Kinesiology utilizes this principle in the human body. If there is stress or abnormal nervous system input in the body, a muscle will go weak when tested. The same thing applies to testing without using the patients’ muscles, but with the practitioner using a belt or their hand to test without touching the patient. The non-touch concept is the same but when a belt or hand that the practitioner uses, it will “stick” or “slide” which means that there is a weakness.
This type of testing is based on the theory that various muscles are linked to particular organs and glands, and that specific muscle weakness can signal distant internal problems such as nerve damage, reduced blood supply, chemical imbalances, other organ or gland problems. Applied Kinesiology can also evaluate nutritional needs and supplementation, and identify allergies.3

There have been several studies testing Applied Kinesiology. The first study in 2013 tested if there was validity to kinesiology. In this study, they had two kinesiologists and one person who wasn’t a kinesiologist test a set of vials on participants. The vials were diluted saline, except for one vial that was hydrochloride which is a toxic solution. The results found in this study are that the kinesiologists found with significant accuracy which vial was toxic.4

The second study showed that when testing with applied Kinesiology with true or false statements that when the participant said a false statement that their arm went weak.5

Another study found that experienced kinesiologists found 98% accuracy in muscle strength.6

Yet another study took students with phobias and recorded a baseline, pre-intervention, and postintervention of their pulse. It was found, that the students that got their spines manipulated significantly decreased the intensity of emotional arousal reported by phobic subjects.7

The last study tested if kinesiology could find if participants were allergic to certain foods. The conclusion was found, that the practitioners were able to predict with 90% accuracy the allergies.8

So if you don’t believe in kinesiology now go look at the research yourself. If that still doesn’t convince you go test it on a friend by asking them yes or no statements that are false or true and see if their muscles go weak or hold strong.

Vials

So you come in, we give you glasses, we ring a tuning fork, and then we hand you some vials.

What are these vials?

There is actually a good reason why we hand you these vials believe it or not. Let me explain.

First, let’s take a look at water; water is the universal storage device, water holds frequencies. If you don’t believe me check this video out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qQUFvufXp4

Frequencies create water clusters and this is how water stores information. This is powerful because our body is largely made up of water. If you don’t think that what you say, the environment you are in, the music you listen to, or the food you eat affects your body, think again. We are deeply affected by frequencies.

Did you know that the nervous system turns everything in our world into vibrations?

This is the very means of how our body tastes, smells, sees, and hears, it is all through frequencies that the brain interprets. So the water we have in our body remembers and it holds onto frequencies. Many times, the body holds onto trauma, injury, and stress in the tissues through the water clusters and creates a blockage.

This is where the vials come in and play an important role. The vials that you hold in your hand contain clusters of water that are similar to the clusters of water that are held in the tissues causing the blockage. The vials that you hold are found out by muscle testing which is based on frequencies. The frequencies held in the vials activate the water clusters that hold the trauma, injury, and stress in the specific tissues. By holding the vials in your hand when we tap down the back, it harmonies your body to the vials and eliminates the blockage.

And that is the power of the vials.

Tuning Forks

https://images.fineartamerica.com/images-medium-large-5/3-tuning-forks-science-photo-library.jpg

What is this tuning fork?

It is all about frequency. Tuning forks vibrate different types of specific frequencies and this is what we call sound therapy.

History

Tuning forks were invented in 1711 by John Shore. Tuning forks were originally used as musical instruments played in churches in Europe, and it was also used to tune instruments.

Later in the 20th century, doctors used it to test muscles and bone’s neural pathways. In the 1960s, an osteopath called Sir Peter Guy Manners found that sounds stimulate the human body’s ability to heal itself.

How does it work?

Through the frequency that the tuning fork rings, it increases the energy flow in the body. What this does is it improves circulation and eliminates blocked energy in the body. It is based on the principle that everything is made up of vibrations.

Did you know that sound resonates 4 times faster in water? Our bodies are made up of water and water conducts sound, and because our body is from 55-78% water the body resonates the sound produced by the tuning forks. 1

Natures Sound Retreat summarizes it as this:

“This is the use of sound and vibration to balance the body’s energy. It reduces tension and promotes emotional harmony, and works in a similar way to acupuncture. Instead of needles, sound frequencies are used to stimulate points in the body.”2

Using the different forks affects our biological rhythms. When we synchronize to the tunes it enables the body to find balance and homeostasis. If you don’t know, homeostasis is essential for healing of the body, mind, and spirit.

Benefits of Tuning Forks

The sound waves produced by the forks travel into the body along the energy pathways, this affects the body’s balance, space, memory, and healing.

Some of the benefits that are listed:

  • Tunes natural cycles of the body
  • Unites passages, aids digestion
  • Natural anti-inflammatory
  • Increases bone density and promotes healing of strained muscle, tendon and ligaments
  • Nervous system balanced
  • Chronic pain
  • Headaches
  • Pain caused by physical trauma
  • Insomnia or low-quality sleep
  • Cramps3

Tuning Forks therapy facilitates:

  • Balance and homeostasis in the body
  • Opens energetic pathways, alleviating stasis and relieving pain
  • Relaxes muscle tension
  • Keeps stress and anxiety balance4

Chromotherapy(Color Therapy)

Simply put this therapy uses colors to treat certain mental and physical health conditions. The idea is that they subtly change mood and biology. Color therapy comes from a long history that originated hundreds of years ago in ancient Egypt, Greece, China, and India.

“Color as the manifestation of light held divine status to many. Egyptian healers wore breastplates of blue to mark their sacredness. In Greece, Athena wore a golden robe to signify her wisdom and holiness,” says Al Muhaiteeb.1

A study in 2005 describes color: “Chromotherapy is a method of treatment that uses the visible spectrum (colors) of electromagnetic radiation to cure diseases. It is a centuries-old concept used successfully over the years to cure various diseases.”2

Color therapy is simple and doesn’t require any effort. It helps balance the physical and emotional by putting the color of glasses and looking through them.

How does it work?

Chromotherapy and chakras go hand in hand. 7 chakras correspond to different organs and colors. Each color has different photons with its wavelength and frequency. The way we see these colors is because of the vibration that it holds and our body reacts and responds to them. The human body is composed of all the visible light colors and each color affects the mind, body, and emotions differently.

Samina T. Yousuf Azeemi gives the summary:

“Light is responsible for turning on the brain and the body. Light enters the body through the eyes and skin. When even a single photon of light enters the eye, it lights up the entire brain. This light triggers the hypothalamus, which regulates all life-sustaining bodily functions, the autonomic nervous system, endocrine system, and the pituitary (the body’s master gland). The hypothalamus is also responsible for our body’s biological clock. It also sends a message, by way of light, to the pineal organ, which is responsible for releasing one of our most important hormones, melatonin. The release of melatonin is directly related to light, darkness, colors, and the Earth’s electromagnetic field. This necessary hormone affects every cell in the body. It turns on each cell’s internal activities, allowing them to harmonize with each other and nature. The pineal gland is believed to be responsible for our feeling of oneness with the universe and sets the stage for the relationship between our inner being and the environment. If that relationship is harmonious, we are healthy, happy, and feel a sense of well-being. An imbalance in this relationship makes itself known in the form of disorders or diseases in our physical, mental, or emotional states. The pineal is our “light meter”, and receives information from the heavens above, to give us that sense of oneness with the universe, and from the Earth’s electromagnetic field below to keep us grounded. A perfect balance is necessary to maintain our health and to keep us in harmony with the environment.3

Research

A study was done in 2019 and found the results that chromotherapy reduced anxiety and provided relaxation among students who had anxiety taking tests.4

More research from the National Institutes of Health states:

“Several studies have elaborated on the relationship between the human body and colors. We also show the possibility of carrying out diverse research into chromotherapy that is pertinent to deciphering the quantum mechanical dipole moment of water molecules. The quantum mechanical dipole moment as a result of the absorption of different colors, we conjecture, produces charge quantization phenomena.”5

Grounding

Have your ever heard of grounding?

Well if you haven’t then you should, because this could be one of the greatest health discoveries yet. Let me show you just how powerful this can be.

Here is what blood viscosity changes look like after just 45 mins of grounding:

The conclusion is evident that grounding significantly improves thinning and decoupling blood cells.

Here is a 48 year old woman that hurt her knee 6 years ago, and has a severe bilateral knee pain. She used grounding for 30 mins and this is the result:

The results show that she has a dramatic reduction of chronic inflammation, and after only 12 weeks the patient reported 90% reduced pain. 1

In an NIH (National Institutes of Health) study, ‘The effects of grounding (earthing) on inflammation, the immune response, wound healing, and prevention and treatment of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases‘, says:

“Multi-disciplinary research has revealed that electrically conductive contact of the human body with the surface of the Earth (grounding or earthing) produces intriguing effects on physiology and health. Such effects relate to inflammation, immune responses, wound healing, and prevention and treatment of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.”2

Yet another study from NIH quotes:

“The research suggests that this disconnect may be a major contributor to physiological dysfunction and unwellness. Re-connection with the Earth’s electrons has been found to promote intriguing physiological changes and subjective reports of well-being.”3

So what even is grounding anyways?

Earthing or grounding, put into simple terms, is living in contact with the earth’s natural surface charge.  Through this process, it naturally discharges and prevents chronic inflammation in the body.

So I already know what some of you are thinking, “I live on earth, so I’m grounding all the time.” Yes you live on earth, but no you are not grounding, and here is why:

Many decades previously, as a human race, we walked around barefoot and even slept on the bare ground; in essence, we had that direct contact of skin to earth. Nowadays, we have lost that connection to the earth and this has caused deteriorating health and has increased inflammation in our bodies. Though it is ideal to walk around on the earth barefoot all the time, this isn’t very logical for most. Luckily, there are grounding mats that can mimic this effect.

Grounding mats work by plugging into just the grounding portion of an electrical outlet, this causes electrons to pass from the earth through the ground wire of the home. This creates the same effect as walking around outside barefoot and gives some amazing benefits.4

Well how does it work?

Grounding is an essential lifestyle that we have lost, it directly affects our bio-electrical nature. This means that there are natural frequencies from the earth, that we speak of as waves of energy caused by motion of subatomic particles, called free electrons. Electrons have a negative charge and the earth gives a limitless and continuously renewed supply; by having contact with the ground, it allows your body to naturally receive these electrons. When your body absorbs these electrons, it reduces electrical imbalances in the body. It also reduces the inflammation in the body by neutralizing radicals that cause inflammation and multiple diseases.

If you still aren’t convinced about grounding, or want to know more, here is a link to the movie.

My short story

I’ve been on a journey the last few days. My daughter reminded me from a psychology book she’s been reading that 80% of physical ailments have a significant emotional component. I’ve been trying lots of different vitamins and therapies to reduce the inflammation (arthritis like) in my left fingers. With that reminder, I looked up arthritis/fingers in 2 different books that I have: “Feelings Buried Alive Never Die” and “The Secret Language of Your Body.” One of the emotional contributors listed was, “Holding on to anger, shame, or resentment from childhood.” There were others as well, but as I muscle-tested myself on which one was the priority issue for me, that’s the one that stood out. But truthfully, I consider myself blessed with a wonderful childhood so I had a hard time connecting to anything to work with.

Later the same day, I ran across a “homework assignment” that I use with clients that I haven’t done myself, so I decided to do it. It’s called, “write your own short story,” and is an exercise in which you write about a time in your life from a 3rd person view (someone else telling the story). Here’s what came out of my fingers on onto the keyboard on my computer:

“Once upon a time, there was a little girl who loved all things. She was bright, cheerful, and excited to live every day. She felt loved and protected by her family and knew that she was cared for. But she also learned that life is painful. Chronic ear infections plagued her sense of peace and security. The pain was unbearable at times. Her hearing began to slip away without her (or her loved ones) even noticing until she couldn’t fit nicely into her world anymore. Something had to be done. Fitted with a hearing aid, she felt disconnected from all others, knowing that she was different and physically incapable of being like the others. She compensated well, having already learned lip-reading and the hearing aid helped in so many ways, so that she could appear normal (her new goal in life).

With time, the ear infections dwindled, but she now knew that pain was a reality of life. She continued with her goal of appearing normal, even better than normal—trying to be the very best at the things she could excel at (and avoiding the things she didn’t know she could excel at or even enjoy). She always, always wore her hair down (to hide the hearing aid) and worried when she had to wear her hair up for sports. But no one seemed to notice. A boy complimented her once (age 16 or 17) and said she should wear her hair up more, but she felt embarrassed and insecure that he noticed, and that a style change meant exposing her vulnerability (difference/weakness). And did that mean her hair didn’t look nice down? Those insecurities plagued her into adulthood but with them also came a gift. Because of needing to lip read, she learned to focus, really focus on the person speaking. She became an excellent listener. She also learned compassion for others and their struggles. In time, the insecurities weakened and the gifts strengthened, and she became a girl who is bright, cheerful and excited to live every day…again.”

This was a powerful exercise for me. I’ve lived with the hearing loss for 40 years now and don’t think about it much any more…it’s just a part of life. I didn’t remember the level of shame and pain that accompanied that time in my life. But my fingers remember! But today they are feeling better; I’m experiencing less pain and stiffness than yesterday.

If you’d like to write your own story and share it here, I’d love to hear it. Thanks for reading mine!

Infinite love and gratitude,

Lisa

Fighting back with ease.

I was hit today with the an enormous synchronicity and I’m compelled to write this post in regards to addressing this pandemic situation. Having heard this podcast with Dr Tom Levy which I reference here, having met Dr Levy and talked with him about Vitamin C therapy I trust him completely. In this discussion he says this whole thing would be over if the media would be honest for 24 hours, then went on to describe the techniques put forward by Dr Brownstein and others in regards to the use of nebulized hydrogen peroxide, personally not even worrying about using a food grade form in the short term ( I have more then one colleague who has done it with regular stabilized H202) however I have been recommending and using the food grade version at about 1.5% mixed with saline, the saline strength can be greater than the 0.9% that is congruent with our blood all the way up to evidently 7% which can be good for sinuses as well. Inhaling it through the nostrils, one nostril and then the other holding the breath slightly and then also inhaling in the mouth. This can be a monotherapy, meaning a single therapy that by itself can reverse almost all Covid cases. For more severe cases of course we add the protocols associated with vitamin D (Which incidentally is not very good at treating the infection but very good for prevention so everyone should be taking their vitamin D.) Add to that zinc, vitamin C, perhaps quercetin, ivermectin, NAC, and others. In a severe case we might add major autohemotherapy, or other form of ozone therapy, followed by IV vitamin C. This protocol outlined by many others, including Dr Frank Shallenberger, who at a recent seminar I attended said he sent this protocol on to the CDC and the Biden administration only to be ignored. The straw on the camels back for me is this recent rumble interview from a Canadian guy interviewing a doctor Ardis, of course it no longer looks like a conspiracy, conspiracy theories now have become spoiler alerts in the face of this unpredictable and unprecedented time.

The takeaway for me is it is definitely time for all people to rise up to the fullness of their consciousness connecting to their infinite self and the God who created them so that they may be directed in discerning the truth, then caring for themselves and their families and their communities as they fight against the obvious tyranny and the obvious onslaught of nefarious forces that seek to enslave men once again. We may ask ourselves what is my role in standing for and teaching truth and preserving Liberty? I have long tried to see both sides of every issue and not take a stand. I have always sought not to offend but rather to build bridges as a peacemaker in my family. Hence my voice may not be as loud as others. Nevertheless when I have friends who have died for lack of knowledge, and the hidden truth. I am compelled to speak at least a piece so that the tragedy of a young man leaving behind small children never has to happen again, not for my family, not for those under my care, not for their friends and families that they care for, when there are such easy simple powerful answers to the mess we call this pandemic.
